- Recommended daily allowance: 1 sachet to be taken after a meal. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of water.

- Hydrolysed fish collagen peptides VERISOL®, natural cranberry flavour, natural sweetening aroma, vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), hyaluronic acid, zinc (zinc citrate), vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), polygonum cuspidatum extract, including: 98% resveratrol, selenium (sodium (IV) selenate), biotind (D-biotine).
